Heaven....A weekend away for a women's retreat at Lost Valley Ranch. I hold this place SO dear to my heart. It is where I met my BFF Sarah (Matt's sister) and where I returned to heal after her death. This is where many of my close friends have worked and a place that feels like home to me, even after all these years. I loved riding all day and felt so free...no cooking, cleaning, or caring for little ones! I was able to reconnect with some friends I used to work with and enjoyed just being still.

This picture show the devastation the forests around the ranch suffered during the Hayman Fire in the summer of 2002. The fire literally went right around the ranch but burned everything around it. Truly God's mighty hand was protecting this amazing place.
