day at the lake

Today we drove to Loveland to say goodbye to one of my really good friends because she and her family are moving to Germany. Allyson and I met in one of my Spanish classes at CSU and have been friends ever since. Spending the day at Lake Loveland was a dream! The view was gorgeous and so was the water. The lake was really full this year because of all the rain we've had. This was J and N's first time in a lake and they had so much fun. We ate a yummy lunch of kraut burgers from Runza and then spent the afternoon riding in the boat, water skiing, tubing, and playing at the edge of the lake. Thanks guys for such a great day.
