Lily 4 month

Our sweet, happy girl.  She smiles most of the day. She loves being held, balancing on Papa's hand, standing up while holding someone's hand, and she just learned to grab her feet.  Her newest nickname is Lillers.

our city

Can't believe we've lived so close to this for 10 years now.  When we first moved here I wasn't sure if I was going to like the city after growing up in the burbs.  There is a side of me that would love to live in the country or closer to the mountains, but for now this is home.  I never get tired of this view and I love all that our city has to offer!

the brown

My parents took us to The Brown Palace on Christmas Eve morning to have breakfast with Santa.  Last year when we went I had just found out that morning that I was pregnant with L.   It's crazy how our family has changed this last year with the addition of my nephew too. I love it so much!  It was really fun getting L all dressed up for her 1st Christmas in a dress (Yes, this is all new for me!)  The boys loved decorating their Christmas cookies and seeing the "snow spider" (the chandelier).

christmas lights

The boys begged Matt  to put up Christmas lights this year and so they helped go pick them out and string them up.  They get so excited every night when the sun begins to set so they can go plug in the lights. Such childlike wonder of this special season!
